I wanted to like these, but the designs just feel kinda messy to me and way too loud. Definitley not something I’d wear.

"Description wasn’t really accurate"
I ordered from pinko.com and the item ended up looking different from what was described online. The fit and fabric just weren’t what I expected, especially for the price, so I felt a bit misled. It wasn’t completely awful, but definitely disappointing. Also, the constant reminders and follow-ups felt a little aggressive, which just made the whole experience more annoying.

"Totally legit, exactly what I hoped for"
I was a little nervous at first, but the bag turned out to be the real deal. The tags matched, the stitching looked right, the hardware felt solid, the logo was clean, the packaging checked out, and even the little details were exactly what I expected. No weird smell, no off-looking labels, no mismatched serial info, nothing that made me second-guess it. Really happy with the purchase.

"Pretty smooth return process"
I had to return my order, and overall it was easy. It took a few days to get everything sorted, but the return label was clear and simple to use. My refund came through without much hassle, so I was happy with how it went

"Refund took way longer than I expected"
I’m frustrated with how long this refund is taking. I’ve been waiting for weeks now, and every time I reach out, support just tells me to be patient. A friend of mine had a similar issue with another company and got their money back in a few days, so this has been really disappointing

"The sizing was seriously off"
I ordered my usual size, the size I pretty much always get, and when it showed up it was just... tiny. Like, not a little snug, but not even close to fitting. I kept checking the tag because I thought maybe they sent the wrong one or something. And then dealing with the return was more annoying than it needed to be, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. i don’t think I’ll be buying clothes from here again.

"Cute clothes, but stock can be frustrating..."
I really like Pinko’s clothes, and the website is easy to browse... but the stock situation is kind of hit or miss. A few things showed my size at first, then when I went to order they were suddenly gone, or there were only random sizes left. Delivery was fine when I actually managed to buy something, so no complaints there. It would just be better if the stock updated faster...
"Customer service got back to me FAST"
My order confirmation didn’t show up, so I ended up messaging pinko customer service to check what was going on. i wasn’t expecting much right away, but they replied within a few hours, which was a NICE surprise.
The response was clear and they sorted the issue without making it a whole back-and-forth thing. I did have to follow up once, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I’d say the help was solid

"Finding my size was easy"
I was actually a little surprised how easy it was to find my size. From how everything was laid out, I got the impression they keep most sizes well stocked, so that made shopping a lot less frustrating.

"Hit or miss, but mine was a miss"
I really wanted to like this bag, but it ended up being a miss for me. After only about two weeks, the leather started peeling, which was disappointing considering the price. Maybe others have better luck, but mine definitely didn’t feel worth it.

"Nice stuff, but the shipping adds up"
To be fair, I do really like pinko and my order arrived without any issues. The items were good and everything was fine overall, but the shipping cost felt high for what I bought. It definitely makes me think twice about ordering again unless there’s a promo code or free delivery available.

The checkout went through fine in the end, but the payment step took longer than I expected. I also kind of felt like just a ticket number rather than an actual customer, which made the whole experience feel a little less smooth

"Ended up being a smooth shop"
I was just browsing pinko.com for a bit and clicked around more than I planned to. The product pages opened quickly, the filters actually narrowed things down properly, and nothing felt annoying while I was looking through items. By the time I got to checkout, it was all straightforward and went through without any issues. I found what I needed faster than expected, so overall it was an easy site to use and a nice shopping experience.

"Cute pieces, but kinda pricey"
I do like some of the clothes on pinko.com, and there are definitely a few styles that caught my eye. That said, I’ve gotta be honest, the prices felt high compared to similar stuff I’ve seen on other sites, even before any discounts.
Checkout and shipping were totally fine, so no complaints there. I just didn’t really feel like I was getting the best value for the money, so I’d probably only order again if there’s a really good sale

"Exchange worked out, but slower than others"
I did end up getting the item exchanged, so that part was fine. The only downside was how long it took to hear back each time. Compared to some other companies I’ve dealt with, the response time felt slow.

"Checkout was kinda frustrating"
Ordering itself was fine, but the payment part was a little annoying. My card got declined once and I’m still not really sure why, but then after I refreshed the page it worked, so maybe it was the site or maybe just one of those random things. Either way, it made checkout feel longer than it needed to be. Not a huge deal, but I hope they make it smoother
